We may use web cookies and similar technologies to collect non-personal information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and browsing patterns. This information helps us to enhance your browsing experience, analyze trends, and improve our services.
1.3 Anonymized Analytics Data
To improve our service and provide industry benchmarks, we collect anonymized, aggregated data from contract analyses. This data is NOT linked to you or your account and includes:
- Industry sector (if you choose to provide it)
- Readiness score and number of red flags found

This anonymized data helps us:

Important: Your actual contract text is NEVER included in this anonymized data. Only statistical patterns are stored.

- Our infrastructure is hosted by trusted providers (Supabase, Vercel) with strong security measures

Essential Service Providers:
- Anthropic (Claude API): We send contract text only (no personal data) for AI analysis
- Stripe: Processes payments securely (they handle all card details, we never see them)
- Supabase: Provides secure database hosting for your encrypted data
- Vercel: Hosts our website infrastructure
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

When you delete your account, all contracts and analyses are permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records are anonymized and retained only for legal/tax compliance.
